Signs must be no smaller than 24x24 inches, prominently displayed at all entrances, displaying the current name and current phone number of the towing and storage company. If individually owned/leased, spaces must be clearly marked with each lessee or owner's name.

🏢Private Property Rules

It is unlawful to park in a privately owned parking space without express permission when the lot is properly posted. The tower must notify the local law enforcement agency by calling the designated 10-digit phone number before moving the vehicle, providing: vehicle description, location towed from, storage location, and contact info for retrieval.
