Landlords have the right to tow vehicles on rental property under 2013 Wisconsin Act 76. Towing fees are regulated by the Department of Transportation under WI Admin Code Trans 319. Law enforcement must be notified of tows. No charges may exceed maximum amounts set by Trans 319.03.
